I want to give my money to a business that will work to find solutions to customer issues. This is/was my last order with Current Catalog, will be shopping elsewhere for my checks and personalized products. The Rep said I could reorder at my expense (again). I have been shopping with Current for 25+ years and am very disappointed that they wouldn't even work with me to rectify this problem. It browsers the folders and subfolders where you are storing your. Picktorial does not create a database driven catalog (yea). The description says it can read native Aperture catalogues. Picktorial for macOS (RAW photo editor) Review In the ever-growing list of photography apps available on macOS, there are only few that can be worthy of remaining in a photographer’s toolkit. Picktorial promises excellent performance, and in some cases, is 30 times faster with certain tools. Then the Rep tells me I should have phoned in that order- who phones in orders anymore?!? Online is so much easier. If you are looking for a replacement for Lightroom or Aperture you might want to consider Picktorial. Why isn't there any QA/QM during the printing process- that if a personalized product doesn't print at all, to think call the customer to verify before shipping it out? An ADDRESS LABEL should obviously have an address! Especially after I verified my name spelling, address AND font! It looked fine when I paid. I emailed customer service twice, then finally called them only to be told there is nothing they can do- no refund, no reprinting, just lose the money because somehow it is my fault.
Had ordered a roll of 250 address labels from Current, clicked ok on the personalization of address/name/font and when I rec'd the roll it was completely blank (no address printed).
